BookFlix
This week I am sharing the video of The Curious Garden by Peter Brown that you can find on BookFlix. Just a reminder that you can access BookFlix and use all it has to offer through a public library account for free. It is a great collection of fiction literature paired with nonfiction information books about multiple topics of interest. If you need information on how to sign in to use BookFlix email Mrs. Morley at peggymorley@alpinedistrict.org.

National Poetry Month
Our Library Poet-Tree |
This month we are exploring poetry in the library and students can share poems they write on our poet-tree pictured above. I love seeing students use their creativity to explore and share poetry! A few websites that we have talked about that have poems children love are linked under the online resources and linked below, Ken Nesbitt and Shel Silverstein.
